Shlomit Susid

Adv. Susid specializes in Real-Estate Law and Tax Law.

Adv. Susid deals regularly with real-estate transactions as well as representing contractors in large building projects in Israel. These projects include hundreds of residential units, as well as business and hotel construction projects. The legal representation starts from the land acquisition stage and the petitioning and issuing of tailored building permits which includes changing Municipal Zoning Plans when required, and continues with the construction stage itself and the transfer of possession to the buyers.

Among her projects, Adv. Susid has provides legal services to the Holy See in real estate transactions in Israel. Most recently such services included legal advice in a hotel construction project including obtaining building permits as well as writing and negotiating the agreements with the contractors on behalf of the Holy See.

As a former Chief Collections Officer with the Israel Customs and VAT Authority, Adv. Susid also specializes and advises clients in Tax Law while utilizing the experience gained during her tenure with the Israel Tax Authority.

Adv. Susid also lectures in her respective fields in several academic programs.
